So when I turn left at, or near, full lock I get a high-pitched screeching sound. I thought that there might be something rubbing my rim or disk because it only happens if I am moving. If I am stationary then there is no sound. I jacked up the car today and tried to replicate the sound and I couldn't. Also, there are no scratches on anything. I thought that it might have to do with the electric power steering but then I would expect it to happen when I am stationary as well. Has anyone else experienced this before?

Mine has done this since new, finally fixed it today, since I had the car jacked up anyway. It’s the dust shield running the brake rotor. Bent mine back just a little and no more noises.

Right, dust shield would be a good candidate for screeching noises
