Left front squeaking turning left

The left side front has started to make a squeaking sound whenever I’m turning left (UK RHD Bullitt).

Can hear it when going over any slight bump or vibration, sounds like a family of mice living in the wheel arch area...

Any ideas what this might be or quick way to diagnose? Tie rods, ball joint, bearing?
