Has anyone managed to get a deal on the Bullitt or are discounts only allowed on non-special edition Mustangs?

As of today 2019 model Mustangs are on 0% finance :giggle:

So any dealer stock or cars en route from the USA that aren’t 2020MY are now being discounted plus 0% Apr.

Unfortunately this does not apply to the Bullitt.

Yeah no one buys them, way overpriced :cwl:
Arguable, but without getting into that argument are the 2019s capable of being spec'd with the B&O sound system, Recaros and other goodies the Bullitt gets aside from the obviously exclusive paint, wheels and other few Bullitt-specific touches?

Realistically, what discount can one expect to get off A) a car from dealer stock and B) a new order ?

Cheers,

WD :-)

Well deals look good to me, not a huge spec but £699 deposit and £499 a month?! That’s a cracking deal.

Got a call from my dealer yesterday. 0% on a new car and £499/month the deposit was zilch I just had to give them my 18 plate Mustang (it's a 2017MY) back.

Presumably PCP deals? What is the OTR price and GFV on offer?

Yeah pcp deal is that, best way to a new car without losing thousands on depreciation.

Over 2 grand of equity in mine (68 plate 2017 model) brings it down to just over £450 a month. Tempting but already pay £399 a month and dont want to pay anymore on top of that. I’ll let them squirm for a bit and see if they find a better deal.

Buying the car outright is always the best way, albeit not so easy to do (who has £35-50k lying around to throw at a depreciating asset?). Also, in usual cases HP is always cheaper than PCP over the tenor of the loan.

Depreciation is the same regardless of which option you choose, you just pay more interest on the depreciation under PCP than you do on HP than you do buying in cash. When you sell the car you crystalise the depreciation amount.

Anyway, looks like a good deal on a monthly payment basis although you can't really modify (or rather you shouldn't) a car that is on PCP in case something goes wrong.

PCP is all about low monthly payments but costs more in the long term. Best to remortgage or get a loan and buy the car outright with cash.

2019 GT Need for Green
Just had a phone call from Allen Ford about the 0% - I'm ready to swap mine, so long as it's Grabber Lime with every option included. Mine is a 67 plate Shadow Edition so just came with everything and I wouldn't want to pay more for less. She mentioned that the deal was only on stock cars - does anyone know if this is correct? If I'm going to swap my Grabber Blue I'd only really want Grabber Lime or Lucid Red, and not sure if these are new colours. Also the website doesn't show the custom packs - do they still exist now?? She's offered me a Need for Green with customer pack 2 ..... decisions, decisions.....
