Ruby red 2019 GT Premium.
Just installed a Sai Li return fuel system on the Mustang. And wanted to hear what your experiences have been with this system. I currently run a full bolt on Paxton 2200. 3.6 pulley. The car has went 10.2@136 on a 93 octane tune? I’d like to put it in the 9s this fall running E85. Stock weight of 4100. But enough about my plans. Tell me about your Sai Li set up and tune.

I did not have good luck with that system,on e85 i was running out of fuel and to put a bap on.Others have had pretty good luck so it will be interesting to see your results.I could have got a bad pump,who knows.

I was gonna go this route but like 15 people talked me out of it. Went with Fore twin 465, -10 feed, -8 return, Fore rails/regulator and id1300x. Interested to see what kind of power yours supports on e85.

So your saying hold on to the bap just in case. I spoke with Lund. They mentioned that this system struggles above 14psi of boost for some reason. And recommended I run a bap. if I plan on swapping to a 3.48 pulley. What psi were you running?

I doubt I’ll swap to the smaller pulley. I just want the E85 for racing. I’ll do 99% of my driving on the 93 tune.

2015 Mustang GT PP (Gone but not forgotten).
Been running his setup for a couple years now. E85 on P1SC at 14psi ID1000s no issues at all. Will be switching to a Fore setup with the D1X and forged motor going in soon.

I run the Sai Li system with ID1050x's.

Absolutely no complaints. Car has gone 147mph with a 2.2 60 foot LOL. It's a 150 car with a better short time. Made 913whp on about 13 psi.

Holds rail pressure just fine at that boost pressure although i had to modify the factory 2018 fuel rail by adding another port-side feed. After that, no issues at all.

Yea the 18,s have more of an advantage having direct injection.15 to 17 only have port.

Well thats promising.:)It sounds like it'll hold up just fine on a 700-50ish set up like mine.

I run this kit on my Hellion TT car. I run pump E85, I.D. 1000s, 12 lbs at around 800 whp. Been running this setup for 2 1/2 years, never had a problem.

Yes but the 18 plus also has a direct injection high pressure pump,it is feed buy the in tank pump but the high pressure pump can also really controls the 8 direct injectors.I think he will be fine at the power he is running at.Itz really hard to tell with that system because so many different outcomes with guys that have tried it.
