So today while looking in the cars passenger fuse box location for a 12v switched power source I've had no luck. Unlike my last car this is a bit overwhelming. If anybody has done this before and knows which wire to tap into for a 12v switched power source any advice would be appreciated! Note, this is for a base model 2016 GT, I'm not sure if that will make a difference..

If I'm not wrong I wired my dashcam with the 12V accessory. It was Fuse 23 for the power windows... Anyone to tell me if I'm wrong?

That's what I found online recently.. what did you use to tap into the fuse? I got an add-a-circuit but it's made for a fuse one size larger..

Fuse 23 will work if you want to RD to turn on and off with the vehicle.

Be advised: avoid fuse 37. I introduced a starting issue by tapping into that fuse with my scanner. I don't know what causes the issue but it was a repeatable fault.

I pulled my map light assembly down. the brown wire going the the mirror is a 12V+ switched lead and then I tapped the black wire going to one of the lights.

I'll keep that in mind, I ordered an add-a-circuit, and I'll tap into that fuse

You guys are so cute with your single or double accessories.

I've got two radar detectors, parking sensors, a dash cam up front and dash cam in back, my flip plate, and a police scanner to power. I've got the parts but I haven't installed my power bus yet. I'll have to post pics of that adventure when I start it.
