I haven't done it on this car, but basically what you would do is get to the raw motor wires at the BCM or wherever easiest and create a 5 wire switching setup with either a pair of relays per window or two DPDT switches. Google "5 wire window switch" and you'll see plenty of examples. This is how reversing polarity switching for locks and windows was done before the days of BCMs.
