I get a lot of questions about my shift point, so here is data through 4th gear using the stock intake manifold. I was gonna graph the acceleration, but it's clear using the gauges. I haven't really gone through the video myself yet, but a quick glance shows shifting 3rd to 4th at 7400-7500 might yield same results as 7600.

As I noted in the description of the video, 4th to 5th shift point should be considerably lower than 7600. I will see if I can safely get that data somewhere.

Any questions or data requests, shoot them below.

edit: before all the "why 89" questions, I use 89 when testing and tuning to octane limit the engine, and then apply that data to 93/e85 which would otherwise be undetectable if tested with 93/e85... I also travel cross country yearly and 89 is the only octane I can find at 99% of stations so I like having a good 89 tune ready when I hit the road (using 93 octane fuel with a hard-locked 91 tune will actually reduce power, and here in Florida most pumps are 93/89/87)

your mods? Exhaust of some sort obviously and "89 oct tune"

EDIT...

See the list at the end of your video.

I'm pretty impressed.

Like to see yours run on 93/e85.

The stock manifold drops acceleration rapidly after 6800 rpm . I run high 11.20s shifting at 7-7100 and 11.1s shifting at 68-6900
