That Ford on the windshield is so WRONG. Thats where a running pony goes you fools. How could they they get that so wrong? As a Mustang owner, Im kinda apalled. Who wants to look at that ugly blue oval logo every day and have to explain it to people because its so visible.

Excellent! How did you like the feel of the steering wheel? The stance and ride height? The surface lines of the rear? Any other impressions? Did you change your color to Guard yet? :)

The steering wheel felt more higher-end, smaller, more "racy", button placement seemed good (but obviously need to spend some time with a car's interior and controls to really give a decent review.)

Love the stance..Wider, lower, more aggressive than my 11, but in a different, almost sleeker way. The front end is pure "mean."

Rear is better looking than my '11. I like it.

Not yet. See my sig. ;)

Ahhh nice. Yeah I like the wheels but the tires are just too small. It's a shame I have to get these on the base GT auto. Oh well, I will use them for the winter and come spring throw some staggered 20's on the car. That, a tune, and exhaust and she will be set.

That giant ford emblem looks completely ridiculous. Hope the mirror goes up high enough to cover it

Wait is this pre -production or will all the 2015 mustangs have the Ford logo instead of the pony ? So far all my Mustangs have had the pony logo . I'm kinda confused ?:headbonk:

I agree the wheels seem to be in too far, I think I will go with the 20" wheel/tire option...those seem to fill up the gaps and come out to the edge nicely.

From what we've seen so far it looks like all of the production cars will have the Ford logo there. I don't have a problem with it, it's a Ford.

The car will have a Pony on the front, another on the rear (V6 and EB), 4 on the wheel center caps, two on the ground from the puddle lamps, one on the steering wheel, another on the gauge cluster LCD display. I think there will be a couple embossed into the front seats and possibly one on the MFT boot screen. That's a lot of Ponies, I won't miss the one on the windshield.

There is also one under the hood. There's a picture somewhere showing it, too lazy to find.

That's what I'm doing...265/35/20 is a very expensive tire size, but 275/35/20 is not; just go a little wider when you need to replace them...probably looks better yet.

But I actually think the stock 18s look great...they're just too small. The same design in a 19 or 20 would kill on this car. Ford even photoshopped those wheels in a 20 for all of their promo pics on their website...so why they didn't actually use that design in a 20 is beyond me. I'm actually thinking of grabbing the American Muscle knockoffs in a bigger size when they eventually hit.

Call me crazy...but I actually like the Ford logo there instead of a pony. The car should have a Ford logo somewhere, to be truthful, and that's a very inconspicuous place to put it. I think it looks ok, far better there than on the decklid or in the grill.

The only thing about it is that it looks like crap from the inside since it has to be backwards to look right on the outside...would be nice if Ford came up with something to create a two way effect so that it could look right on each side.

It's wasn't too horrible looking actually, and from the side its not noticeable. :) I do like the look of the wheels, just would be nicer with a bit more meat. Luckily wheels/tires are an easy, if not cheap, mod.

Honestly, I didn't even notice it until I remember some of the discussion about it. Then I had to lean forward and position the camera to take the photo. I don't recall it was obvious from inside or out, but I was falling in love and not on top of my game. :D

Good to hear its not obvious. Even my '93 had a pony etched into the windshield.

I'll have mine tinted over with a Windshield Glare Strip Anyway. So it doesn't matter to me. Might paint it Black before tinting it though so the Tint doesn't make it stand out more.
