Was talking to a friend who has a race red mustang (2011) and she said she thinks Ruby Red is going to be the top girls color in the 2015 (funny because shes a girl and has race red lol).

Has anyone ordered from Diecast Direct (made by Ertl)? If yes, how is the quality of the model? Does it have a good finish? They are asking for $85, I hope the quality is great and shape of the original car is retained completely.

Just in case some of you guys missed it - this was posted in the "New video on ford website" thread but Ruby Red is featured in the last two new videos on Ford's website. The third video shows some great shots of the car - enough so that it's killed my temptation to switch my order to Comp Orange. Car looks gorgeous.

I personally love the black rims on Ruby Red and I wouldn't get it any other way. In my opinion black is awesome as a secondary color on Ruby Red. I love how the 2014 Shelby in Ruby Red looks with black stripes. Black accents just seems to make the car look more mean and aggressive.

Haha. While I don't think that Ruby Red with White accents is ugly - I definitely don't feel it. So I guess I totally understand how you feel about Ruby Red with Black accents. ;)

I may be biased since I drive a Candy Red 2012 with these wheels, but they are my favorite (Not the best pic since the wheels are dirty, but that's all I could find). Gloss black with machined outer face, not too much black or bling for my taste.

Nice. The wheels remind me of the 2015 18" Foundry wheels, except with 10 spokes rather than 5.
