There may not be an IAC valve, I'll take your word for that, but that code indicates a problem with the IAC system.
Having done zero research my first thoughts are to check the throttle body and all electrical connections to it and the associated wiring harness. Clean TB, fully seated clean connectors and undamaged/pinched, etc wiring.
Past that you'll need to take a deeper dive into the operation of the coyote IAC system. Perhaps a really good scan tool can help you isolate factors like temperature, air and fuel flow - whatever factors play into the IAC strategy.
