There may not be an IAC valve, I'll take your word for that, but that code indicates a problem with the IAC system.
Having done zero research my first thoughts are to check the throttle body and all electrical connections to it and the associated wiring harness. Clean TB, fully seated clean connectors and undamaged/pinched, etc wiring.
Past that you'll need to take a deeper dive into the operation of the coyote IAC system. Perhaps a really good scan tool can help you isolate factors like temperature, air and fuel flow - whatever factors play into the IAC strategy.

I didn't see anyone talking about this issue & only 1 other thread here back in 2018 with no fix. I asked there & I'm waiting for a response. He also replaced the plugs & that didn't fix the problem. Mine pretty new, not even 1500 miles on the new plugs.

I cleaned the TB it was little bit dirty, the car ran smother no code took it for a spin all good then I parked it for a day & just turned it on & back to rough idling & the same code came on again.
Took it for a spin everything seems normal.
I doubt it's any fault sensor, saw others talking about fault MAF senser, if that the case the car won't perform normally.

Any suggestions?
Thinking to take a data logging but mot sure what & not sure what the normal numbers to compare the readings to.
