Rows Through the Gears by itself on Track Mode

I recently did a cluster swap from analog to digital, mess around with ForScan to get the digital cluster configured right but now this weird issue started happening every time I put Track Mode the Car it has no power and the transmission Rows through all the gears by itself, It only happens on Track mode the other Drive modes work fine, Could it be that I messed up something with ForScan? Any help much appreciated.
