I am picking my car up today. Just got an email 10 minutes ago that S/C install will be done this morning. How does your car do with the excessive heat our Rousch blowers produce? Here in Texas this is a major concern.
No issues here in fl!

Congrats!! You're gonna love it!!

No issue here either. Inlet air temps get a little high when drag racing. I do cool downs between runs just to ensure I'm not making passes on a heat soaked motor. But I have no complaints.. Drove and drip this car a tremendous amount in 2015. Not a single complaint about Roush phase1!

Thanks for feedback. Going to keep Stage 1 tune for the 670 crank HP for couple thousand miles to ensure everything is ok. Then jump up to the 727 tune. Plus deck this GT out with a full 3" header to tip exhaust. On the fence of running E85. Have run E85 for past 8 years and have 10 stations within 5 mile radius of my home. We have enough power as is. I see guys wanting upwards of 700WHP but hear them complaining that they cannot use it. Obtaining upwards of 700whp aint cheap. IMHO $$ best spent on traction not more ponies. Just my .02 cents.

I know a lot of users may be familiar with the issues I have had since purchasing my 5.0 with the Roush 627hp kit. Roush has really stepped up their customer service to get this issue resolved! They went all out and shipped my car from Florida to their labs in Michigan. In the mean time I am in a rental again which sucks, but I now feel confident my car will come back functioning properly. From their other thread I see they will be bumping up the power too. Can't wait to embarass my buddy's Hellcat....:headbang:
This story makes me smile! :) Since i have been a Roush owner as well, i have been very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. They truly do set the industry standard, IMO!

I’m glad to hear you’ve had such a positive experience—reading that honestly makes me wish mine had gone the same way.

Unfortunately, my experience has been quite different. My Roush F-150 has been in and out of an authorized Roush service center approximately 10 +/- times over the past three years for the same recurring issue. Despite multiple attempts to resolve it, the problem continues to return.

I’ve reached out to Roush directly several times via both phone and email, but the responses have been limited and, at times, delayed. To date, there hasn’t been much meaningful follow-up or dialogue beyond general assurances that someone would get back to me.

To be clear, my local Roush technician has been professional and engaged throughout—this doesn’t appear to be a lack of effort at the service level. However, even he seems to have difficulty getting timely guidance or support from Roush on how to permanently resolve the issue.

I genuinely like the truck and want to continue enjoying it. At this point, I’m simply hoping for more direct engagement and a lasting solution from Roush so this can finally be put behind us.

Service visits:
1. April 2024 Sanderson Ford
2. June 2024 Sanderson Lincoln
3. July 2024 Sanderson Ford (Brian Naylor Roush Tech)
4. August 2024 Sanderson Ford (Brian Naylor Roush Tech)
5. October 2024 Sanderson Ford (Brian Naylor Roush Tech)
6. March 2025 Sanderson Ford (Brian Naylor Roush Tech)
7. May 2025 Sanderson Ford (Brian Naylor Roush Tech)
8. July 2025 Sanderson Ford (Brian Naylor Roush Tech)
9. March Sanderson Ford (Brian Naylor Roush Tech)

I figure I might be missing 1 or 2 others.

Summary of the issue:

The vehicle repeatedly throws multiple codes (P0175, P0172, P0300, P0301, P0302, P2196, P2198, P0022, P0456), resulting in misfires, rich fuel conditions, and drivability problems. Each time, the MAP sensor is either cleaned or replaced, temporarily resolving the issue—until it fails again due to oil contamination.
