Roush Axleback smell

I had the roush axleback and MRT h pipe installed for abput 2 months now. At full throttle acceleration the car puts out some nasty fumes that i can smell in the cabin. Its been this way since the day it was installed. It was installed by a reputable shop in NJ. Not sure if this is normal for these mufflers or if there may be a leak or worse, Cat issues.

I'd suspect a loose clamp where fumes are escaping. Does it smell like exhaust or something other than burnt fuel?

Sounds like a leak of some kind.

Just smells like nasty exhaust. But only at wot. Its odd.

Matt where in South Jersey are you? I can take a look at it if you want. I don't have a shop but I have been wrenching on cars for the last 36 years.

Defintley double check everything, there isn't anything in our cans that would smell.

I have the same setup. Roush AB and MRT h pipe . I have no smell coming from the car doing WOT or at all . They just sound great

Definitely a leak.. Had the same odd odor coming from my last car (Genesis Coupe). Sure enough, loose clamp. Let us know how it goes
