Hi all
Well after falling in love with the new 6th gen mustang when i first saw one in the media i decided i was going to consider getting one when they came over here, so after having a look at one in my local dealer at the end of 2015 and doing some sums i ordered one on the 6/2/2016, unfortunatly i ordered it about 4 days to late to get comp orange so i decided to go for Ruby Red with a view to change to grabber blue if it became available, which on the first of march i got a call from my dealer saying that grabber blue was now available to order, so after going and speaking to my dealer we ordered another car with the same spec in grabber blue (for some reason the dealer said they couldn't amend my original order???) 2 months later my dealer contacted me to say there was no update yet and they just wanted to keep in contact and that was basically all i expected from them anyway. A month or so later i asked them for my order number so i could get Karen and Stacey to track the car, somehow the dealer managed to get the order number wrong :doh: but Stacey sorted it for me anyway. I contacted Stacy again in the middle of august to see if there was any update but the car still hadn't been put forward for build so she said to get back to them in september.
Last thursday i got a surprise call from the dealer to tell me that my original order the Ruby red GT was at there and it still had my name on it and if i wanted to go and have a look at it and potentially purchase this one or wait for the grabber blue GT. so the next morning i nipped over to the dealers and had a look at the car as it was sat in the showroom, I spoke to the guys there and after chatting for a while and checking everything over i decided to purchase this Ruby Red GT as its a 2017 model with the Sync 3 radio system and its my original order and i think i prefer this red to the blue now.
I will be collecting her on the 1st of September and I can't wait
