Very interesting indeed. Though I must say I am more partial to fried rice myself.silly question...is it possible "rice" can be in different flavors?
I say this because it appears to be a broad term. So, can there be a further level of defining rice such as jasmine rice, basmati rice, yellow, brown rice, dirty rice, etc...
So if its from the factory and its questionably rice, could say that's good rice and the cheap ghetto slap-on a dirty rice mix?
BTW, I prefer my rice steamed not fried.
