Reset My Mode

I never played with the "My Mode" feature, but now my Gt 401A package car always starts in quite mode. Searching around I found "My Mode" shows Normal Steering, Normal Driving Mode, and Quite Exhaust.
I didn't set this up. Exhaust used to be Normal Mode.
Can some please explain what "My Mode" is and how do I use it. I couldn't find much of an explanation in the manual
I also saw a video of "My Mode" being displayed when toggling through the different driving modes. I don't have that.

My mode is set by you for how you want the car to respond to your likes,. Example I set mine to normal tranny shifting,sport steering,and track exhaust. Then you hold the ok button to set it. You have to go to ,my mode, each time you start your car to utilize it. You can also set your cluster to change appearences for each mode(normal, sport comfort, track). I set mine to track all the time. the sport tranny shifts are alittle to aggressive for me(up and down shifting), that's why I went with normal mode in my mode-Hope this helps you-Tonyd1:ford:

Could also be the quiet mode timer. It can be set to a full 24 hours.
