Replacing Corsa Active exhaust tips question

Hi everyone,

Corsa recently sent me (under warranty) new exhaust tips for my '18 5.0 as the ones that came with the xtreme active exhaust were rattling. It became more apparent when I installed kooks headers.

I am getting ready to install the replacement tips. I searched youtube and I couldn't find any videos on it.

I always like watching car stuff get done before I go and do it myself, it normally saves me breaking something haha.

Curious if anyone here has done it.

I have replaced mine . It's pretty easy, you don't even need to jack your car up.
Just completely remove the 11mm V-band clamp nut on each tip.
Then open the clamp up.
Remove the tip, you may need to rock it side to side or up and down. Disconnect the electrical connector and wiring harness clip from the actuator.
Swap the actuator and actuator spring to the new tip. Hold the valve open when installing the actuator.
Then reconnect the wiring harness and clip.
Place new tip and adjust .
Replace the V-band clamp. It's easier with the clamp nut off and the clamp spread open.
Install and tighten the 11mm V-band nut to 10 ft lbs.

Now the bad news. My Corsa active warranty replacement tips started rattling again shortly after replacing them.
