Does anyone have a part number or know where I can get a replacement for these or just the dividers between them?

Does anyone have a part number or know where I can get a replacement for these or just the dividers between them?

The buttons and divider are all part of one module that mounts behind that trim panel. The only way I know how to replace them is to pull the trim panel off, remove that module, and replace it with another one. It shouldn’t be too hard to find a donor car at a scrap yard and the swap isn’t difficult.
