Replace transmission’09, 4.0,5 speed

Just picked this Stang, noisy throw out bearings and all gears but 4th. I’m having the trans swapped out with another, question is: when swapping trannys, we want to switch out the newer clutch and throw out onto new tranny, is the throw out bearing behind clutch ? Everything has to be removed, correct ? Thanks guys

The throw out bearing and clutch kit was replaced 10 months ago now gears sounding real bad, should I have the existing clutch and bearing switched over or should I just buy new ? What part numbers or anything i should have on hand to replace right away ? Thanks.
