Repair to Rubber Vertical Strip Under Front Spoiler

Hi All

Underneath the front of the spoiler & plastic underpan, there is vertical piece of black rubber that runs around under the front of the car. it has about a 3" drop. Mine is torn. Is there an easy way to replace it?

Anyone know the part number or and instructions/videos how to replace it?
