Rubber part under front lip

This isn't a huge issue, but I am annoyed. The little rubber thing under the lip was hanging off the front of my car the other day... I pulled on it ans the rest of it came off easily. It's not a huge deal, but I liked having it there... Does anyone know how to put it back on? The elasticity of the rubber makes me feel like it was never going to stay attached for long... Might try some mounting tape.

I've had my car about 19 months, and admittedly drive a little rough.

Mine fell off WHILE I was driving and I didnt notice until I got home and looked under the car...I would just keep it off, it seems so poorly mounted that its borderline dangerous.
