Regular temp for 2016 v6 ?

Was wondering what your guys vehicles are running normally?
before my mechanic changed parts it was running around 185-190 on the cylinder temp/ and 135-170 on trans temp, but now it seems like the cylinder temp just keeps going higher and higher, sort of afraid to drive the car for fear of overheating

Drive the car and find out how the CHT behaves at its high point. Under normal driving, CHT should level off and maintain its self 200-220 degrees. If it steadily continues to rise above this something is wrong. Check your cold-fill coolant level, too.
