Lower coolant and oil temps indirectly keep engine bay temps lower, FYI.
Here is a short list of other ways to keep things cool:
-Larger radiator (keeps motor cooler)
-Upgraded silicone intercooler couplers, both y pipe and intake manifold, as well as DEI gold coating for them.
-Create your own intercooler water spraying system
-Heat wrapping w/ DEI and/or ceramic coating your intercooler.
-Higher octane alcoholic fuels like MS109 and/or methanol injection which also help you run more timing, and more power at same boost more safely or less power with same boost way more safely.
-Having your turbo ceramic coated and/or getting a turbo blanket. Both also improve spool a little.
-Getting a bigger turbo and running at lot less boost for same power, or the same to maybe more power but with less boost.
-Tuning.
-Driving more gently or avoiding driving on hot days.
-Make sure the tune that you choose preserves the factory timing retardation, boost reducing, power/throttle reducing ability if intake temps rise to protect motor like ours does. Just be slow when it gets too hot, but if so then back off a little and don't beat on it when it runs hot.
-Move to cold area like Alaska, Scandinavia or Siberia
