recommand on oil catch can?

hey guys, I want a install oil catch can on my mus, and
kinda curious which product is best in you guys's opinion?
I heard just universal ebay one is great too and of course there is brand
product which it cost almost 300 and I am like.. do I really need to pay that much..?
and any good explain about dual vs single??
please recommand me some good oil catch can !

honest truth is you can make one cheap just look up catch can diy on google. the problem with diy ones and ebay is that you need to make a mounting solution. it may not be pretty or "name brand" but it does the same thing. that said i own a mishimoto because i liked the clean mounting and provided shaped hoses lol. if you go with an ebay i would make sure to weld a wall on the lid to divert the air down then back up to the other side then put 00 steel wool in the can (or any can you get)

Does JTL UPL mishimoto all same and other brand cc works great?? Is it just personal taste/favorite which one to go for??

Mounting is only part of the problem. Its my understanding that many Ebay cans do not have the internal baffling or filter that slows down oil vapors enough to liquefy and retain. If you go Ebay, fabricate your own internals for it or most of the oil will blow straight through. I think steel wool was a common choice when catch cans were first gaining popularity but be wary of going too thin.

My bad, I automatically thought Oil Separator....from what I've read, catch cans are pretty basic, while the separators actually do something. I don't know much about it, but from the little I've read the cans were great until they came up with the separators.

Go dual if you're planning on putting in a aftermarket downpipe later down the road. That way all you have to do is gut the PVC, so you won't have to deal with the smoke issue.

UPR dual if you want to gut the PVC valve and just set it and forget it because it comes with a check valve. otherwise its a brand preference.

A catch can is a wise addition to the EBM, definitely recommended by our team. If you don't mind a little DIY work, a universal setup can be used. Do keep in mind, the stock connections use quick-connect fittings, so you may have to remove those from the stock lines for use with a rubber line. In addition to lines, you will also need to fabricate a bracket to mount the catch can in a location that will be easy to service.

Also a great point. The quality and efficiency of the catch can are something that should be considered. We use an internal baffle and bronze filter to ensure we provide maximum separation of fuel/oil from CCV air.

If you want to go the DIY route, be sure you are starting with a nice catch can, otherwise you will not be maximizing the effectiveness of the addition.

I bought the single pass UPR can for my wife's daily driver. It was easy to install, UPR customer support is awesome (when I had an issue with a stretched-out gasket) and I have caught quite a bit of oil that otherwise would have made its way to my turbo. I highly recommend the UPR can.
