Recirc air smell

My 2015 gt has a bad smell when the car is set in Recirc mode, A/C or heat, doesn't matter. I changed the cabin filter and I would've never noticed this until I went to warm the car up and tried the recirc for a faster warm up. I tried spraying Ozium by the fan and in the vents but no dice.

No smell whatsoever when it's not on recirc...where is it picking up the odor. Smells like something burning, musty at times.

i had a similar experience but mine was more of a moldy smell, cabin filter helped a little but then a month later my a/c went out
