Just a reminder, the front headlamps are 4000, 4300K. So they have a yellowish look.

Another thing to add on the list if you want white 5000/6000K headlamps.

When I get my car I will take it down to that Blingwork Auto and hopefully I can be a test car for them

Good find Aussie Mate, might be worth confirming that the kit will work well with the Aus car.

When is your car expected ?

Just received confirmation from Diode Dynamics that the kit will still work in our cars.
I am planning on ordering it - BTW the shipping is only $20 - so the all up cost is about $100
The thing I like about this kit is that it replaces the parking light bulb and the indicator bulb - and can turn the whole unit (both sections of the light) into a DRL.
The indicator still flashes orange - but then goes white when not in use.

sounds good. I just ordered with DD with the 20% black Friday sale. I like the sounds of the switchbacks but wasn't sure how they would function with our cars. Happy for someone else to try it out first!

You're right.

The US spec cars have the indicator half lit along with the parking light, whereas the Euro spec cars (including Oz cars) have a separate bulb for each purpose.

The only thing that will work with the switch back is the indicator function, as it won't have a permanent power source to keep it lit white.
