Does anyone else have popping from the rear while making tight turns during cold weather(below 30) and when the car is cold? Happens only at 3/4 to full steering lock either direction while mainly in reverse, but happens in first as well. Details on car: EB Mustang w/PP 3.55 gears, 6MT

Once the car is warm the issue goes away and by popping it's not just a noise, but I can feel it throughout the entire vehicle.

OP has EB PP, those don't have Torsen as far as I can remember.
Yep, I missed the EB PP. They don't have the Torsen.

I don't have a performance pack GT... I have a performance pack Ecoboost. Which has the 3.55 diff. I thought only the 3.73 were torsen diffs

I wonder if the spring is not fully seated in the spring perch? If not, maybe it could move when making tight turns?

Nah already thought of that. Checked it out this morning both springs are seated correctly.
