rear end noise..cold

I have a 2019 GT/CS automatic. When starting out in the mornings, it sounds like a deep, loud base speaker goes off. After a few feet of travel, it stops. Only happens when first starting out. Never
any noise at any other time, but it happens every time the car sits overnight. Any thoughts ?
