I have a 2020 Ecoboost. The rear end seemed to be jumping around a lot when I hit small bumps in the road. Within a few months ate the back tires. Completely stock car. Took it to get aligned at a big chain tire store and they said they couldn’t. Said they cant do alignment on newer Mustang. I placed a straight edge on both back tires and both wheels on the rear are pointing slightly left. This causes it to track in a crabbing way down the road.
Anyway, has anybody experienced this or have any idea what it could be?
UPDATE:
Took it to a highly recommended alignment shop. Found the rear end way out of alignment. Got her tuned back in and so far so good. Thanks again for all the help and advice. I’ll definitely be looking into to several of your recommendations!!

Glad it worked out ok.
Curious though. Did this shop see any damage or elude as to why it was so far out of alignment?

Did they check balance of your rear tires?

Probably a pothole or curb? Doesn't take much toe-out at all to screw up a car.

I have to get ahold of them. My wife didn’t ask what caused it. I know they didn’t check wheel balance though.

Okay so what you guys are saying is don't go to the crappy tire shop (furiously taking notes).
