My car was at close to 3 degrees rear camber with nothing fundamental wrong. He still needs an alignment, but 3 doesnt mean its assembled wrong.

I’ll be straight forward: between this post and the last of yours concerning instability issues, I would strongly recommend you take your car to a reputable shop and have them inspect for safety.

You can post some photos, but I’m concerned that something in your installation process has gone wrong.

Since wrapping up the rest of my suspension install and atleast getting the front squared away and my new tires. The car does seem much better as far as stability. After I get the rear squared up and fixed I will asses the stability again.
