Rear camber adjustment - factory bolt alignment

Does anyone know if the factory aligns the silver tab flush with the black stop in the following picture? This is the rear upper control arm inside where the adjustment slot is to increase/decrease camber. I need to test something out, thanks

If I'm not mistaken that silver tab is just to keep the nut from spinning when you torque the bolt so you don't need a wrench back there since it would be really tight.
