Yeah my Base model has these. THe premium ones detach and can be changed though with the valance.

Correct, the rear valance (which includes the side pieces) is part of the bumper cover. In order to change the rear valance (like the roush one) you need the premium rear bumper cover so you can detach the valance.

So looking at mine lol, I guess there rear pieces aren't as pronounced as the premium ones. COuld have sworn they were, but I was wrong haha.

Saw some on a CDC car at the Mustang Memories show this past Sunday. They aren't available yet will probably a few months they have a whole kit front side and rear sides.

I made my own they are part of the diffuser.
