GT500 Side Rocker Splitters W/O Bumper Conversion?

Hi All,

I bought a bunch of parts for my car, and they're arriving in random order. My GT500 bumper won't arrive and be installed for another 3 or 4 weeks, but my GT500 side rocker panel splitters came in today. I want to put them on, but I'm worried it will look ridiculous with out first installing the front bumper. I'm not sure I want to leave it that way for a month while I wait to get my bumper installed. Does anyone have any photos of a Mustang EcoBoost with ONLY the GT500 side rocker panel splitters installed? I know they have some example pictures on American Muscle, but they don't really give me a clear idea of what it would look like sans front bumper.

Would it be in my best interest just to be patient and wait to install them until after the front bumper arrives and is installed?

I have a just set of carbon fiber GT500 sides on my car. I didn’t add the bottom blade. They look good IMO. Here’s a few pics.

Oh wow! That does look great! I presume I could do this and then attach the secondary winglets later?

Naw don’t plan on putting on the winglets. Got a deal on these carbon side skirts only without the winglets for $400 bucks. For now I’m keeping them as is.

Well, I went ahead and assembled all of it, and attached the winglets to the splitters with intention of just predrilling and then removing them, but once I got them on, they honestly don't look too terrible, so I may leave them. I should be getting the bumper in the next month or so. Until then, I don't hate this...
