The 07-10 Shelby GT500's had to be lowered. They looked horrible. The GT 350 IMO ford got the stance just right. With mag ride lowering might cause real problems.

It looks like there are no manufacturers making lowering springs yet for the GT350. Hopefully in time something will come up.

In the mean time if you really want to lower your car, you can get custom springs made. I know of a company in California that will do it Valley Spring Works - The Complete Spring Shop.

These guys should be familiar with the MagneRide suspension, its a fairly common set up in the high performance market. ZO6, Audi R8, Ferrari and other high end cars use the MagneRide suspension and those cars all have after market lowering springs available for them. So its doable.

"Looks better" is a subjective issue. S550's with 20" wheels and lowered to the point the top of the tire is above the lip of the wheel arch look awful to me.......obviously the people who do it to their car disagree.

Do-able, most likely.

Maybe the question should be whether you want the car to look good to random people who don't understand that suspensions have to move and front wheels have to steer, or to look like it can be driven as hard as intended without compromise (so you don't get any rubbing). A car that's lowered too much still looks like it will restrict how hard it can be driven, even if there is no rubbing; it just looks wrong for driving that's any more enthusiastic than easy cruising.

GT350 money

I just wish I could afford a GT350, but I am happy with my 2016 Coyote Red so far. Howdy Norm!

I just called Eibach and they said they are developing a set of springs specific for the GT350 with the MagneRide. They gave me an ETA of early 2017.

Sweet mother of christ...even changing profile tires of 305/35 to 305/30 has caused considerably more scrapage and that is not a 1" difference at all.

Add 2" spacers all the way around with those eibachs and join the stance nation

I lowered my '15 GT but doubt I'll be touching this one
