End of the road.
I'm the OP of this thread and I really do appreciate all of the responses and insights.
I haven't brought the topic of the Mustang up for the last couple of weeks at home. Over the weekend, my wife just happened to mention once again the "possibility" of selling/trading in the Subaru for the Mustang. At this point, I made the decision. Being that she's still so unsure that it's okay to go forward with the purchase, I'm saying no now.
Over the years, I've learned that if you ever have the slightest uncertainty whether you should move forward with any financial project, you should back away. That uncertain feeling is your common sense trying to get passed the desire, knowing full well that it's not the right thing to do.
So now, the possibility of not getiing our Mustang has now turned into a fact. You can't have everything you want in life. Just be thankful for the things you do have and above all, your health!
It's been interesting and entertaining being a member of this forum! For all you great people out there, thanks for all of your input, all of the information I learned about this great car and above all, enjoy your Mustangs! :usa:
