I decided to blouse FleBay and snagged me a very nice, slightly used MPSS 235/35/20 tire for $100.00.

For a spare, matching the tire is not at all necessary, but it checks my OCD box.

Thank to everyone for sharing all the tire info. I bought the spare wheel from Terrance before getting the car so can’t personally test anything. I’m going to make a tire decision based on what I read on this forum. The spare rim is first class!

I was talking with Terrence today about the SV902 as an option. It can be done, it just might be a little more than the Monoblock, or Track series wheel. Would (3) three other people be interested in doing the SV902 with me?

I am not looking to spend the most money possible here, it's as simple as it looks the closest to the CFTP & Shelby Signature Edition wheel. If three others aren't interested, I will default to the SV502 that others have ordered.

My thoughts are that it is a spare. I have the SV902s on both my Rs. Great wheels, but unless you are trying to match a set Jamie, why? You will probably never have to use this wheel anyway.

You are not wrong Tom. As I mentioned, I am NOT trying to spend more money, it's just if $25-$50 ish dollars additional makes my OCD happy, its not a big deal.

I do this all the time, lol. I had to buy a new tape measure the other day, it turned into a 20 minute decision. Sure the $10 one would work just fine, but the $15 dollar one has a better (whatever) so.... Im in for $10, what's another $5? It's just the way my feeble brain works.

Again, I just want a spare so I will be happy with either wheel. I just thought I would see if anyone else's brain jives with mine.

To be honest I do not have a clue what the difference will be. Perhaps Terrance can post a price for both wheels and we can decide from there? I will be happy to get a less expensive wheel if thats how it turns out. Let's see what he comes up with.
