I'm running full Stainless Works from front to back. Seems like the car is developing so many rattles. Could this be from the loud exhaust or just a natural characteristic of these cars?

Probably a combination of both. Any aftermarket exhaust will vibrate the interior a bit more then normal. But these cars are not put together all that well (compared to a bmw or audi). Ive had rattles in this car since day 1.

Rattles are not normal, i have a ARH complete system zero rattles , also my previous 2012 641/557 whp zero rattles. I'd put it up in the air and find the source!

These all sound like they are coming from inside the Car, almost like loose sheet metal.

I think he was talking about interior rattles. If you have rattles under the car then ya that is not normal.

If you have rattles from the outside/underneath your car re-check the hanger bolts. For some reason mine backed out a little when i had my first exhaust setup on my car. Maybe the vibration of the exhaust caused the bolts to come loose? Either way id check that first

Mine does that too it's deep inside the dash though and only does it under high loads around 3000 RPMs. It sounds like it's probably one of those metal speed clips vibrating. I'm just going to quiet my exhaust down which will stop the rattle.

Just like more power will expose the weaker parts you never knew were weak!
