My AC started acting up yesterday as well. Same issue as you. Only have 11,000 miles on the car. I have an appointment at the dealer on Thursday to get it fixed. I can't believe the car is having issues like this so early on. Pretty unacceptable if you ask me.
I would assume full bolt ons (intake, manifold, headers, exhaust and tune) would easily get you into the low 12's. With good tires a sub 4 sec 0-60 should be possible. Someone on this forum went mid 11's at over 120 with full bolt ons and slicks.
Just posting an update. I've been trying to track down the source of this damn rattle for some time now. I've put felt tape in multiple locations inside the c pillar, and while this helped around town, it still buzzes when on the highway. I found this fix in another part of the forum. The noise...
I went with the roush axle back and don't have any regrets. Quiet when driving around town and it absolutely screams when you get on it! Cold starts are loud but nothing terrible. Pretty cheap as well! I have heard its brutally loud when paired with an X/H pipe though.
Haha my car decided to go drifting this morning! Was about 45 degrees out and I was turning right and gave it just a bit to much gas! Car got real sideways but was never worried. This car is easy to control! Everyone must of though I was a hero!
Probably a combination of both. Any aftermarket exhaust will vibrate the interior a bit more then normal. But these cars are not put together all that well (compared to a bmw or audi). Ive had rattles in this car since day 1.
I honestly don't hear it. Everything sounds normal to me. Maybe the video doesn't capture the sound very well. If you hear it though it might be the heat shield rattling. If not maybe a bolt is loose somewhere along the exhaust system? Go to the dealer and have them check it out.
I went to an upholstery shop and they adjusted the lumbar. The seat back is now flat and I have no more back problems. It only cost $160 to get it done. Well worth the investment.
So Ford denied my warranty claim. I'm going to have to get this fixed on my own. Seems a little ridiculous that the leather is in this condition at only 6500 miles. I expected better from Ford considering my 7 year old Hyundai leather never had an issues like this.
