I'm no expert on anything and I don't know jack about turbo Mustangs, but that is so high pitched I would think it is turbo related.

Yea I was thinking the same I’m guessing it’s waste gate related thankfully I’m still under warranty so I’m just gonna have the dealership take a look. Today the car didn’t have any problems but it seems to come and go
