Rain Sensing Wipers

I have this option in my GT. This morning was the fist real rain (and the second day I've had the car). So I thought.. lets see how the rain sensing wipers do. They never came on, and we're talking a big down pour. I checked to make sure they were enabled and they were. So I had to manually turn the wipers on. Anyone else have this issue?

Oh, so I have move the stalk to the first position for the rain senors to work?

Thats the way I understand it. Thats where mine is now and they have not come on, but I have not driven it in rain yet

Yes. Rain sensing or not, you still need to turn the wipers on.
