Radio Won't Turn On...

From the sync, Bluetooth, CD player, usb, or even just normal AM/FM radio... Just sits in the black screen... Anyone else have this issue? Is it s simple fix? Or does it sound like I'm again on my way back to Ford Service...

You could be.. but if you do a disconnect on the battery.. that may take care of it.. also pull the fuse to sync.. try one or the other

Do you know the fuse numbers by any chance?

Looks like fuse #32. This is for a 2015 Mustang. Fuse panel inside the cabin near passenger's right foot.

I had the same problem happen 2 times. In both cases I let the car sit in the garage for a few hours and it came back. I would wait before pulling the fuse.

Yeah, I just checked it and it works again.. so weird! do you know if theres a fix?

I don't know if there is a fix. I just updated my base radio to version 5.9 so I will have to see if it happens again.

Well I'm in the same boat today at 13000 miles with no radio :(

It's very hot outside, I wonder if that is a factor in the failure or if it is software related?

Update, it came back on after a short while. I am loading the sync update, but don't think it is going to affect the issue.

yeah mine did it after work one day .. and i let it sit for about 2 hrs and i was going to do the battery thing and i figured wth ill check.. and it worked odd crap

Well I have noticed 2 other symptoms. Sometimes the airbag light stays on and the driver window, when I attempt to close it will reopen unless I hold the button.

Looks like i get to visit the dealer :(

My radio did the same thing today just stopped working. After about 4 starts it now works again. Also if I put the car in reverse after start up the 911 assist icon wont turn off.
