Subwoofer won't turn on!?

I bought the Rockford Fosgate p300 sub and had it installed. After a week it no longer turns on, not sure what is going on but the blue on light isn't even showing. Suggestions!?

First thing I would check is the fuses on the side. If they are good I'd look at incoming power... hopefully you have a meter.
