Radio not working

When I went to drive the car this morning the radio and the phone would not work. It was kind of cold last night any ideas?

Disconnect the battery.

Sync/bluetooth crapped out on me 3 weeks after purchase, happens all the time.. enjoy your Ford!

still haven't had any problems with sync. no idea what you people are doing to your radio that causes it.

Mine has crapped out several times too. It fixed itself by returning to it later after waiting about 20mins. I believe I read there is a reset procedure by pressing down the power button and right seek button at the same time.

This is what worked for me. Mine was stuck on a black screen and this fixed it. "SYSTEM RESET hold both SEEK UP >> and RADIO POWER for 3 seconds and it will reboot without deleting your settings.
