My 1st post explains why I unhooked the battery. And after the car would not start I did charge it while hooked up under my hood. I didn't want to be super detailed in the beginning and bore everyone. It turns out the connection why slightly green. So I cleaned off the connecting points. But still it would not start. Which is why I thought it was the battery. Charged the battery over night "hooked up to my car". When it didn't start the next day. Took the battery to get tested. Tested good. But still would not start. Then jump started the car which got the alternator going. Drove it to O'Reilly. Had them check the starter and alternator. Checked good. After that the car would start up and drive fine since the battery was good and charged. Just that the clock and temperature gauge was now not working. Looked on the internet. It said to drive the car for about an hour or more to reset that problem. Did that but nothing. So I just drive it every day not knowing 2hat is wrong and then suddenly it is fixed.
