Center console buttons stopped working (Radio and A/C)

Have a 2017 PP1 with a sync 1 to 3 upgrade from last year. Driving yesterday and noticed the AC stopped blowing. Touchscreen works but the climate controls are blanked out. None of the hardware buttons work except for the starter button and hazards. I've restarted the car a few times, removed the battery and reconnected it. Wondering which fuse to check and what else I can do to figure out what happened? Any thoughts?

Like always when electronics stop working, checking fuses is the first step. I would just check all the interior fuses with a multimeter. If you have a multimeter with the continuity "beep" function its not as painful since you don't have to remove the fuses to check.

Thank you. I will hunt down which fuse(s) to check. The volume buttons on the steering wheel still work but everything on the console is dead including the volume knob. Tried holding the power and seek/forward button for about 20 seconds hoping it would get me in but nothing happened.

Have you checked Forscan yet to see if you can communicate with the affected things?

try the age old battery reset too.

I had this happen to my 2018 401A. A module burned out, and cost me $1300 to replace.
