Was that here or in USA? IF so then do they all have skinny radiators or the Performance Version is the question we all trying to find out.?

Yes but we don't have Performance Recaro seats or the gauges in the centre of the dash vents as per the US version, so i would not go by that theory:frusty::headbonk:

All I'm saying is. I want to know what std is in our case? So if after mods we do have problems with cooling we know what the next step is. There may be super chargers slapped on and they don't have problems but it may not be the case in hotter climates like Perth for example. Durability across all conditions is never obvious.

I'm guessing we don't the get the larger radiator simply because on the Ford Australia website under performance pack options it is not listed there, unlike other parts that we do get.

The performance pack radiator is 36mm whereas the standard is 25mm thick.

A long time ago, Ford FB messages told me "Yes I can confirm both the I4 and the V8 Australian mustangs will have the larger radiator. The I4 does not receive an oil cooler, V8 receives oil cooler as standard".
I haven't had a chance to check the radiator core thicknesses...

After looking at the online owners manual, the standard radiator is 12.8 litres while the performance radiator is 14.4 litres, a difference of about 12%. I am pretty sure the chevy's in the Holdens have a 12 litre capacity for a comparison. After reading some US threads on the forum it doesn't seem to be a problem doing mods with the standard one if that is your desire. You can buy the performance one online or go the Mishimoto, which is larger again.

As I said before I haven't actually had a look at the radiator in our cars to see if we have the stock or performance pack radiator. For those that got their car early, did anyone actually notice their car running a bit hot last summer?

I just went and removed the slam panel from mine, it definitely has a 36mm radiator. I remember the oil cooler from the last time I was underneath - fitted to the side of the engine, a heat exchanger style.
