Hey everyone,

So I recently installed a GT350 Intake Manifold, throttle body, and cold air intake. During the install I was so stupid and when I removed the radiator hose it squirted everywhere because I didnt take the cap off. It was a seriously stupid mistake. I filled up the radiator tank not all the way up just under max, but when it gets hot it goes over max. i notice now that my radiator fan is always running when the car is on. Thoughts on this?

Maybe you always have the AC on? If so, then the radiator fans will also be on all the time.

Did you get a tune for a 170 thermostat and not change the thermostat by any chance? My fans were staying on a until I put in the thermostat because I got the tune first.

I am tuned by Lund but I didn't mention anything about a 170 thermostat to them.

I'd ask to be on safe side and also send them a data log, maybe they can see something not operating correctly.

I got fluid on my fans in my Subaru once and after that it needed a new integrated fan controller, which apparently goofed up and defaulted to always on. Just food for thought...

I am certain that Lund bakes in the 170 thermostat fan settings as a default. My thermostat came a few days after I loaded my tune and it went back to normal. I would either pick up the 170 t-stat or request a revision with the higher factory settings.
