I like to disassemble things.
I prefer far less attention grabbing color schemes but I had little choice and jumped on the opportunity to buy this local car.

I agree with you Kyle. The red/black work very well together in concert with some beautiful lines. The car is easily the sexiest version to date. Ford is going to have to work very hard to make this design look dated (which I'm sure they will).

Canon 6D.

I didn't optimize the settings for night time use and didn't use a tripod so there is a bit more noise and a lack of clarity than there should be. Next outing I'll do things properly.

Lol. I use an LG G4 when I don't have my 6D handy. Not bad for a cell. Here's a link I use for photos of my Great Danes, some shots from the G4 and some from the 6D. Almost hard to tell until you zoom in for a closer look. I have noticed that cell cameras tend to do some weird things to Race Red though, such as random flare at times as well as struggling with color. Shots turn out orange but I notice that when others try to capture it happens as well.

My Sony HX-400V looks outdated compare to yours. Really nice photos of your dogs. :coolphotos:

Nice of you to say that. Thank you.

My problem is that I don't spend enough time behind the lens. I'm trying to change that and capture as many images of this car in as many places as I can. These cars have some truly beautiful lines and the red really shows them. If the weather ever turns nice around here I'll definitely be out trying to take advantage of sunrise/sunset as well as night or cloudy day shots. It's just too bad that you can't fit high resolution, monster shots on typical forum screens.

Nice, I've been trying to teach my dog to hang upside down like that for weeks and he's just too dumb to figure out out. :D

You don’t want to know
You're rotating your iPad 180 degrees when you take the pictures. The iPad has software that makes the image appear right-side-up no matter what position the camera is in. However, photo-posting sites like Photobucket don't have the same software and only read the image as it was originally shot.

I'm with you, MP. Was looking at cameras yesterday thinking that with both a new car and a new puppy on the way it would be nice to have something other than an iPhone to take pictures with. When I saw that several of them had wifi on them, I figured that I better do some studying before I take the plunge! So, until we can con Epiphany out of some lessons, I'll stay in the smart phone club and hope I can keep the car and pooch right side up... :)

Getting a little OT but... Mirrorless cameras are the future. I recently picked up a Sony A6000 with a prime lens and it's incredible. Super easy to use. They JUST came out with the A6300 which made it even better. The A6000 was already a crowd favorite for it's quality and speed.

I'll keep with the dog theme :)

MP - beautiful dog!

Caballus, mine has wifi/gps but I never use either. I know I should at least for expediency's sake but I'm simply too used to plugging my camera right into my laptop or desktop. I'll gladly share any tips and would love to see everyone else throw some ideas into the ring as well. Especially when it comes to settings on rolling shots, which I've yet to attempt.

Stanglife - great shots. Clear with some nice depth of field. Nice work.
