R springs vs. Non R

[5.2 L V8]

Quick question: Is there a ride height difference between R spec springs and regular GT350 springs? Reason Im asking is that Id like to get a slightly lower ride height and this may be the easiest way. The FP lowering springs are a little too much, as Ive learned since Ive scraped a few times now since owning the car. Cant imaging getting down another 3/4 inches.

However, Im not even sure there is a difference in the springs. If so, are the R springs slightly stiffer?
