Would I be able to fit a 295/45r18 on +43 wheel up front and in the back?

If you have the performance package, most likely not due to the front brakes. That is just for an 18 inch wheel in general, also we do not know what the width of the wheel you are looking at. +43 offset can mean the world of different from 9" wide to 11" wide wheels...

There are several 18" wheels that fit the PP Brembos. Agree with your second point, need to know the full wheel specs.

Ugggghhhh. I'm asking about the tires... not the wheels. But since you guys think that matters. 18x10 +43. I'm not asking if the wheels will fit... I know they fit.

The tire I'm looking at is Nitto Nt05 in said tire size.

Comparing the size mentioned

295/45/18 NT05 to say for instance a Eagle F1 285/35/20 ( which I have used many times on the S550)

295/45/18 = 26.18" overall diameter and 11.61" width

285/35/20 = 27.9" overall diameter and 11.4" width ( this has been done on a 20x10 setup lowered on eibach pro kit springs , No rubbing)

Also a 3rd vehicle fitment comparison if we may

Dusolddesgins Forgestar setup uses the following

315/30/18 = 25.5" overall diameter and 12.6" width

so putting all of this together yes you'll be fine

Nitto Nt05 295/45r18 has a 28.46 inch inflated diameter. Not sure where you got 26.18 from. That's a big, big difference.

I ended up ordering nt555's in 285/40r18.
